Custom charcuterie boards are made out of walnut and maple.  These are about 1" to 1 and 1/4" thick and vary on size depending on the size of the state.  The Indiana ones are about 12" wide and 16-18" long.  They can be used in the kitchen since they have been coated with Odies Oil, which provides a food safe finish.  Some customers have decided to just display them on the wall as a decoration.  These are made as they are ordered so please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
